From the get-go the team at Bizezi Training (Formally Rebel Business School Aotearoa) wanted to build a world class graduate programme. We have always believed that after-care was an essential element to assist our graduates to have continued access to community, tools, support and processes. And so the Rebel+ programme was born. 

Our Graduates

​All of our course attendees made a decision to take a risk, to step into uncharted waters and to pursue their dream of going into business.
Our statistics show that on average 70% of our attendees are women, that 35% are unemployed, that we have a raft of ethnicities and the one thing that they all have in common is a vision of being a business owner and building their business.
At each Bizezi course we see first hand why we love what we do. We see individuals have 'lightbulb' moments of understanding. We see them step out of their comfort zone every day. 
We are inspired and motivated that we are part of their business journey. Part of our job is the business school. The next part though - the after-care programme for our graduates - that carries a different type of inspiration.

Tools and Processes

​Bizezi Training provides an after-care programme for graduates of the Bizezi Training programmes. The Graduate Programme covers a range of engagements:

• All graduates are invited to join closed national and regional support groups. These communities of cohorts learn off each other,  participate in webinars, share experiences and attend follow-up workshops such as Leadership in Business.
• The Locker Room is only available to graduates to access tools (Like mentor or web support) and special offers from third party suppliers like Hnry as an example.

• Graduate Spotlight is an opportunity to promote and highlight graduate businesses.
