Our Kaupapa (Purpose)

Our raison d’être (Reason for being) is to:
Enable change in individuals, whanau and communities through sustainable small business.
A by product of this is that small business supports regional economic growth. That may be in New Zealand or overseas. The vision does not change. In so doing we want to improve the lives of whanau (family) and community by enabling participants to realise their business dream.

Our DNA is buit on the following core values:

Faith (Ngākau pono)
- To be loyal, faithful, dependable, sincere.
Respect (Whakaute)
- To respect, show respect, tend, care for, prepare.
Inclusivity (Peke katoa)
- Katoa (meaning) all, every, totally, wholly, completely, without exception; used to indicate that something is all-encompassing, all- consuming or all-conquering.
Innovative (Auaha)
- Katoa (meaning) to shape, create, form, fashion something from an idea to reality.

Integrity (He toi whakairo he mana tangata)
- The integrity of ones character is seen in what they produce.
Kindness (Manaakitanga)
- Kore rawa rātou e wareware ki ēnei manaakitanga ā mate noa rātou. (They will never ever forget this hospitality until they die.)

Evolution...

Bizezi Training continues with its primary mission (see above). Formally Rebel Business School Aotearoa (RBSA), the change recalibrates the business training more closely to the Bizezi App. During the time with RBSA we ran 56 courses across the motu (country) supporting over 1,800 attendees with business training. Our work is documented in the YouTube channel where you can see videos spanning 2017-2024.

Bizezi was the result of spotting a niche between the entrepreneur and funding entities like banks and finance houses for example. The business owner often needs to validate and understand their business model while the banks for example often want a business plan. Bizezi came into being to fill that void. We have shifted the app to a new platform and now Bizezi Training has approved programmes by Regional Business Partner Network.
